At the Nazir Chohan Foundation, we believe that every individual has the right to live with dignity, hope, and opportunity. Our mission is to combat poverty and uplift vulnerable communities by providing essential support in shelter, education, healthcare, and emergency relief. Registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1984 in Lahore, Pakistan, we operate as a non-governmental, non-partisan, and self-financed organization committed to creating meaningful, lasting change.
Guided by the compassionate vision of Mr. Nazir Chohan, our initiatives extend across vital social sectors—from improving access to quality healthcare and education to supporting the welfare of underprivileged families and marginalized groups. We are also dedicated to helping prisoners rebuild their lives, offering them pathways to reintegration into society.
In times of crisis, the Nazir Chohan Foundation stands at the forefront, delivering rapid and effective assistance to those in need. Beyond immediate relief, we focus on long-term empowerment—helping individuals and communities break the cycle of poverty and move towards self-reliance.
Nazir Chohan, a visionary leader, humanitarian, and philanthropist, founded the Nazir Chohan Foundation with an unwavering commitment to social welfare and human dignity. Working across Education, Health, and Community Development, the foundation operates Nazir Chohan Water Filtration Centers, Free Medical Clinics, and Apna Ghar Homes for orphaned girls, alongside the Special Education Institute and Girls High School, offering free, quality education to underprivileged children.
The foundation also supports hospitals, schools, and rehabilitation programs, extends welfare services to prisoners, and pays fines for those who have completed their sentences but cannot afford release—restoring their freedom and giving them a chance to rebuild their lives with dignity.
